In honor of Valentine’s Day, I created this healthy smoothie for you and your loved ones to enjoy! It’s the perfect way to satisfy a chocolate craving while also getting in a healthy amount of fiber, veggies, fat and protein.

Chocolate Covered Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 large or 2 small sliced zucchini (steamed then frozen)
- ½ avocado
- ½ cup frozen strawberries
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 servings chocolate protein powder (I like this one)
- 2 cups unsweetened coconut or almond milk or water
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend on high until creamy and smooth.
- Divide between 2 serving glasses and garnish with a fresh strawberry and sprinkle of hemp or chia seeds.
- Enjoy!
