Breakfast
Taco Frittata – one of my all time favorite recipes! Good for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Be sure to omit the sugar in the spice mixture to keep it Whole30 compliant. I like to top my frittata with some avocado.

Egg salad with cucumber slices and EBB seasoning (my friend Lindsay Kingdon came up with this idea)
Dinner
Monday: Whole30 Meatloaf with Caramelized Onion Cauliflower Mash and Roasted Shredded Brussels Sprouts
Tuesday: Paleo Pad See Ew
Wednesday: Chicken Sausage Sheet Pan Dinner
Thursday: Lively’s 1st Birthday Dinner! I’d love to start a tradition of making her the same special dinner on her birthday every year. Got any suggestions?!

Yum! This all sounds incredible, especially the caramelized onion cauliflower mash!
For Lively’s birthday, I would choose something that you know she’d absolutely loves to share bites of or a recipe that is significant to your family and then amend if she has a different request as she gets older. The book How to Celebrate Everything (https://amzn.to/2DpGsjy) has some great ideas for creating traditions with family meals 🙂
