I’m looking at the forecast for this week and see highs of 98 degrees and that there is a potential for triple digit temps. Yikes. I love a lot of things about summer in Florida but the sweltering heat is not one of them. One of the things I do love is that it’s officially iced coffee season!
While I have no problem drinking my occasional decaf coffee black, I find myself wanting creamer with my iced coffee. This homemade dairy free creamer is perfect! It’s easy to whip up, doesn’t have a bunch of gums and fillers (like a lot of dairy free milks and creamers) and slightly sweetened with natural sugar from a date. It’s also #Whole30 approved!
It keeps in the fridge for up to a week and works great with hot or iced coffee. If you give it a try I’d love to hear what you think! Tag me on Instagram and use the hashtag #HSHeats 💗
