- Celebrating Lively’s 2nd birthday! Such a sweet day with our family.
- Cooking my way through this book and this book. Clean eating recipes that our whole family has loved. This recipe in particular was pure comfort food and my husband asked for it again. Highly recommend both.
- This article on How to “Nancy Meyers” your kitchen spoke to me so much! I adore the warm and inviting kitchen settings from some of my favorite movies (Father of the Bride, The Parent Trap, and most recently Home Again) and loved Lucy’s tips on how to add a touch of Nancy Meyers magic to your kitchen. After glancing around my own kitchen I realized I was kind of doing a minimalist version of this already, but have since pulled a few more items out of cabinets and added some more fresh herbs and in-season fruits to the counter for a more vibrant, lived-in quality.
- Giving Lively’s playhouse a little makeover. I’m not normally a DIY-er but enjoyed adding my personal touch to make it a little more special for her.
- These pearl petal earrings I’ve been wearing with everything.
- Listening to my friends’ Victoria Strader & Sarah Tucker‘s conversations with my other sweet friend, Wren, on her Friends of a Feather podcast. Both of their conversations will leave you encouraged and in awe of our amazing God.
- I planted a peony from this farm and two bare-root roses from this farm in the garden and it’s got me so excited for spring! Can’t wait to see how God grows them into something beautiful to behold.
- Lively has become quite the book worm. We read probably read close to 20 books a day. Our current favorites are this book and this book – both precious stories written by two of the sweetest gals!
- This cute heart wreath that’s been on our front door. While intended as Valentine’s Day decor, I kinda want to leave it up all the time it’s so cute!
- “Christianity is not a line on your Instagram bio. It’s not a power quote. It’s not a motivational Monday. It’s actively dying to yourself and living for Jesus.” A quote from this sermon by my pastor, Dean Inserra.
