Baby BROTHER!!! We are overwhelmed by the graciousness of Jesus for this precious miracle of life! Praise Him from whom ALL blessings flow!
He’ll be joining us in February right after my birthday! We are all over-the-moon excited… especially Lively. She talks about how they’re going to “swing on Mimi’s swing-set together” and is frequently rubbing and kissing my belly. She has a natural motherly/nurturing quality to her and I have no doubt she’ll be a sweet big sister and a huge help to mama. 🙂
The first 16 weeks were pretty rough with extreme 24/7 nausea and food aversions to just about everything – I was this way with Lively too which had me thinking it could be another girl. I lived off of Kelly Leveque’s Fab 4 Smoothies and take out salads. So thankful to be on the other side with less nausea, more energy and the ability to cook again!
Some of you may recall that we struggled to get pregnant with Lively due to PCOS. You can read more about that here and how a radical diet and lifestyle change led to whole-body healing and a natural conception without fertility medication. I’m forever grateful God led us down this path to discovering a holistic lifestyle and using His food as medicine because it’s led to a second natural and healthy pregnancy. What an amazing Creator that has given us what we need for healing and abundant life!
Thank you for rejoicing with us! If you have any questions about our pregnancy thus far, please drop them in the comments or shoot me an email at mycahbhunter@gmail.com. I’ll answer them in a separate post!
