Last week Lively and I headed to our local pumpkin patch to enjoy a crisp morning of fall fun. Since we got there early we had the place all to ourselves for the first 20 minutes or so which was really nice. We grabbed a wagon and leisurely meandered the aisles while talking about the different kinds of pumpkins (shapes/sizes) and which ones we wanted to bring home to carve.
While we were walking around I could feel baby boy’s sweet kicks and it was a precious reminder that I wasn’t just at the pumpkin patch with Lively, but with BOTH of our babies for the very first time. I can’t wait until this time next year when he’ll be with us and am already envisioning precious pics of them sitting in one of these wagons together with rows of pumpkins speckled behind them.
This wrap dress (non-maternity, but very bump friendly) has been one of my favorite pregnancy purchases. It’s $30 and comes in several fall hues. I’ve been very into sage green this season and couldn’t resist coordinating Lively’s bow with my dress for some subtle mommy and me matching. It’s part of Wee Ones new fall collection which is filled with rich textures and seasonal colors. My favorite is this velvet scalloped bow in “moss.”
