A look back at some of the things that brought a bit of joy and delight to 2020!
1. Everyday Heirloom Necklace – it was love at first site when I discovered Everyday Heirloom’s timeless pieces this year. Each piece is handmade by sweet Hannah and her husband, Jake, who is one of only nine Master Penman in the world! Their artistry and ability to infuse God’s beauty & promises into tangible pieces is such a gift and I’m so grateful I was able to add one of their limited edition Vintage Botanical Necklaces to my jewelry collection. I chose Lively’s birth flower – the carnation – which symbolizes motherly love. It has become a daily blessing and the thought of passing it onto her one day brings my heart so much joy. If you’re interested in a Vintage Botanical necklace, hurry and grab one now as they’ll be phasing them out in early 2021.
2. She Reads Truth Bible – if you’ve used the SRT app or followed any of their reading plans you will love their Bible! It is so visually beautiful and will get you excited to open your Bible every morning. I have the gray hardcover and like that it doesn’t show dirt like the linen can sometimes. If you’re in the market for a new Bible, I highly recommend it.
3. Pink Cloud Rosewater Cleanser – this non-toxic cleanser is AMAZING and will leave your skin feeling clean and soft. It’s become my “holy grail” face wash that I’ll continue to replenish again and again.
4. Cuyana Cardholder – my love for Cuyana’s quality pieces runs deep and I was so excited when my MIL gifted me their credit card holder for my birthday this year. Great way to simplify your wallet and lighten up your purse. Quality is a 10 and will hold up for years and years.
5. Wren Cutting Board – as pretty as it is functional, this board earned a permanent space on our kitchen countertop this year. It’s obviously perfect for cooking prep but also serves as a wonderful grazing board for appetizers or snacks for the kiddos.
6. Grace Rose Farm Roses – once my backyard garden roses stopped blooming I was delighted to discover Grace Rose Farm that ships organic farm fresh flowers right to your doorstep. They’re dreamy petals and gorgeous scent are truly something to behold and are the perfect pick-me-up to send to a loved one. They recently introduced a timeless trio, including a clean burning candle, perfume and rosewater that embodies the femininity, romance and beauty of their organically-grown roses. This gift set would make an amazing birthday or Mother’s Day gift!
7. Birdies Flats – loafers that are secretly slippers? Yes please! I eyed these for a long time and finally snagged a pair during their Black Friday sale. They are a dream! Go with everything and comfortable enough to wear all day.
8. 14e Foundation & Setting Powder – after trying countless clean foundations only to be left with major breakouts or lackluster coverage, I finally found “the one.” 14e’s Aloe Nourish foundation provides medium to full coverage with a beautiful semi-matte finish. No coconut oil so it won’t break you out. I wear color Sand 02. Their setting powder is also a must for that perfect photoshop blur finish.
9. Weezie Robe – we all spent a lot of time at home this year and I was so glad to have this robe for comfy lounging. The short sleeves are genius and keep you cool while blow drying your hair, the belt is attached so you don’t have to go searching for it, and you can customize your monogram and piping color for an extra touch of classic style.
10. Lauren Haskell Ginger Jars – one of my quarantine projects was refreshing our living room bookshelves and these ginger jars were by far my favorite addition. Not only have they made a big impact on the shelves, but they have also become my favorite vessels for fresh flowers.
