Fourth of July is a special holiday, first and foremost due to its significance, but also because we’re able to take extra time to spend with friends and family at the height of summer. It looks different for us almost every year, but whether we’re having a small backyard barbecue or heading out of town to see extended family it’s always such a fun celebration.
I try to plan outfits for myself and the kids ahead of time to minimize the chaos of the day so I’ve already been on the hunt for patriotic wear for all of us that is cute yet comfortable (and will keep us cool in the summertime heat).
