Blueberry Muffin Smoothie

Ingredients
  • ½ cup steamed then frozen cauliflower
  • ½ cup steamed then frozen zucchini
  • ¼ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut or almond milk
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein (I like Primal Kitchen Collagen Fuel)
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy. If it's too thick, add a little water until you've reached your desired consistency.
  2. Pour into a glass or bowl and optionally add a few more blueberries, chia seeds, hemp seeds, unsweetened coconut flakes, and a drizzle of coconut butter (or any nut butter).
