Super Simple Seed Bread (Paleo, Low Carb)

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Go Raw Super Simple Seeds
  • ½ cup ground flax seed
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
  1. Place seeds in a high-powered blender (I use my Vitamix) and pulse until course and crumbly.
  2. Add remaining ingredients then blend for 30-60 seconds or until smooth.
  3. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350 for 25 min.
  4. This step is optional, but if you want to make it look a little fancy, sprinkle 1-2 tbsp of the seeds over the batter before putting into the oven.
