Super Simple Seed Bread (Paleo, Low Carb)

- 2 cups Go Raw Super Simple Seeds
- ½ cup ground flax seed
- 5 eggs
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Place seeds in a high-powered blender (I use my Vitamix) and pulse until course and crumbly.
- Add remaining ingredients then blend for 30-60 seconds or until smooth.
- Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350 for 25 min.
- This step is optional, but if you want to make it look a little fancy, sprinkle 1-2 tbsp of the seeds over the batter before putting into the oven.
