Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender (I used my Vitamix) and blend until smooth. *Option to add 2 tbsp pure maple syrup. I did not and found them to be plenty sweet without.
Pour into popsicle mold, insert wooden sticks and place into freezer for about 4-6 hours or overnight.
Once popsicles are completely frozen, remove from freezer and enjoy!
