Apple Pie Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
  • ½ cup frozen cauliflower
  • ¼ organic apple (I like Honeycrisp but any will do)
  • 1 tbsp organic ground flax seed
  • 1 tbsp Sunbutter
  • ½ tsp apple pie spice
  • 1 cup unsweetened nut or seed milk (I like using my homemade pumpkin seed milk)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I like this one for plant-based)
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Optional toppings: cinnamon, apple pie spice, chia seeds and shredded coconut flakes
