Sheet pan dinners are a go-to in the Hunter household. One of my favorites is chicken sausage, broccoli, cauliflower & butternut squash. I toss them all in a little melted coconut oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, red pepper flakes (optional), dried oregano and parsley, Himalayan pink salt and pepper, roast at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes or until veggies are tender and cooked to likeness.
