- My mom gifted me these non-toxic pans I had on my “birthday wishlist” and they are amazing!!! So pretty and truly non-stick, making clean up quick and easy.
- When it wasn’t raining this month the weather was really lovely so we got back into a routine of going to our local farmer’s market on Saturdays. It’s been fun connecting with local farmers, learning about their practices and of course enjoying their quality, fresh foods. “Regular eggs” don’t compare after eating Schmoe farms. You can look here to find one in your area.
- This ring (also on my birthday wishlist) made it’s way to my finger as an early Mother’s Day gift and I never want to take it off. It has an “L” for Lively and I look forward to passing it onto her one day. Until then I’ll treasure this beautiful keepsake along with her 12 month silhouette I wear around my neck every day.
- Delivering chocolate covered popcorn to our elderly and widowed neighbors on Valentine’s Day. It was a simple way to love on them and an opportunity to teach Lively how Jesus calls us to love our neighbors. As an introvert, this was something I shied away from for a long time, but have been really intentional over the last year to love on my neighbors through small acts of kindness… even the ones that don’t think and act like me. My friend, Alex, wrote a whole book on this topic if you need help being proactive to love the people right beside you.
- Speaking of chocolate, I ate way too many of these this month. So delicious on top of this paleo yogurt.
- Were you into window stickers as a kid? I was obsessed and would spend hours perfecting my displays. Ha! I ordered some from Amazon for Lively I to do and it’s been so fun to take an old memory and make it new with her. If you have little ones and are looking for fun indoor activities, this is a good one.
- Since Lively is a little sponge right now, we started doing Scripture memory with her this month. After a few days of saying John 3:16, it was amazing how quickly she could say most of it on her own in her sweet little voice which just about takes my breath away. Here’s some pretty Scripture memories cards that would be great for adults or kids.
- I made a new friend this month and think she might be my long lost soul sister! Like me, Caroline found healing through changing her diet and lifestyle and is passionate about helping women take small steps to live better, healthier lives. Being a certified Nutrition Response Therapist, she is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to clean living and eating and I’ve loved pouring over her blog and all the amazing resources she shares. She’s also written the most beautiful cookbook which I quickly ordered and am excited to start cooking my way through it in March!
- Celebrated 32 years this month! Grateful for the gift of another year to grow in wisdom and grace, cultivate a deeper relationship with Jesus, experience God’s beauty and goodness, and to love and serve His people.
- The peony I planted sprouted! Peonies aren’t known to thrive in our area so it was a huge shock and wonderful surprise that it took to our environment so quickly. It’s given me hope for the spring season ahead and years to come when we’ll hopefully collect a basket full of peonies right from the backyard!

We started scripture memory with Sophie this month too! We’re starting with Genesis 1:1… She knows to say “one one” and then she finishes “HEAVENS AND EARTHHHH!” haha! I made a little printable for our fridge with 6 verses that we’ll start working through!
